Business identity and scope
The Builder House™ is the public-facing education brand of Karim J. Alexander, who operates as a sole proprietor under the KAlexanderLLC™ brand. No separate LLC has been formed. This policy covers digital guides and products purchased from The Builder House™ through the checkout provider identified on the product page. It does not cover Strategy Session appointment cancellations or third-party memberships, which have separate terms.
Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically through the checkout and delivery platform identified on the product page. Confirm that your email address is correct before completing the purchase. The product page or checkout will identify the product, price, delivery method, and any terms specific to that order.
Refunds
Because digital files may be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final unless the product page or checkout states otherwise, the files are materially defective, or applicable law requires a remedy. Purchases processed through Gumroad are also subject to Gumroad’s platform policies; Gumroad reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion, including within 90 days to prevent chargebacks. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law or the checkout provider.
Duplicate purchases and delivery problems
Contact The Builder House™ | KAlexanderLLC™ Support promptly if you are charged twice, receive the wrong product, or cannot access the purchased files. We will review verified issues and make reasonable efforts to correct them. Any refund or other remedy remains subject to the checkout provider’s process and applicable law.
Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that they can open common PDF, DOCX, and XLSX formats as applicable to the product listing.
No outcome-based refund
A refund is not available solely because a customer did not achieve a particular income, business, credit, funding, savings, or other outcome.
