One private 60-minute Builder Strategy Session for $97, including session preparation, a written recap, a prioritized 30-day action plan, and the Income Stack Blueprint™ and calculator.

Scope
These terms apply to the Builder Strategy Session booking only. Separately purchased digital guides are covered by the Digital Product Policy. The Builder House™ is the public-facing brand operated by Karim J. Alexander as a sole proprietor under KAlexanderLLC™.
Cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment
You may cancel your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time and request a full refund of the $97 session purchase. Refund requests should be emailed to help@kalexanderllc.co from the purchase email address. If the included Blueprint was made available before cancellation, no separate deduction will be made from a timely full refund.
Rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment
You may reschedule once without charge when you request the change at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to available appointment times. If the available options do not work, you may request cancellation and a full refund as long as the original 24-hour deadline was met.
Late cancellation and first no-show
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or miss the session, a cash refund is generally unavailable because the appointment time was reserved. As a courtesy, you may request one no-fee reschedule for your first late cancellation or no-show. Email within seven calendar days of the missed original appointment and schedule the replacement within 30 calendar days of the original session, subject to availability. This courtesy applies once per purchased session.
Late arrival and technical problems
If you arrive late, the appointment may end at the originally scheduled time. If a technical problem prevents either party from meeting, contact support promptly; KAlexanderLLC™ will reasonably assist with a replacement appointment. If KAlexanderLLC™ cannot deliver the session, you may choose a full refund instead.
Provider cancellation or failure to deliver
If KAlexanderLLC™ cancels your appointment or is unable to provide a reasonable replacement, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of the $97 session purchase.
After the session
Once a session has been completed, refunds are generally not offered solely because a particular income, credit, funding, business, or financial outcome was not achieved. This does not limit remedies for non-delivery, material service defects, or rights under applicable law.
How to request help
Email help@kalexanderllc.co with your booking name, purchase email, and appointment date. Do not send payment-card details. Refunds approved by KAlexanderLLC™ are issued to the original payment method where supported; bank and payment-platform posting times vary.
Applicability and disclosure
These terms are intended to apply to bookings purchased after publication, without retroactively changing prior agreements. Nothing in these terms restricts non-waivable legal rights.
